Build and Deposit
The Software vendor deploys a secondary system into The Escrow Company’s provisioned and owned cloud environment, alongside a deposit of supporting source code, deployment scripts, databases, containers and documentation.
Test and Verify
Regular SaaS Recovery Verification Testing provides assurance that your application can be independently recovered using the materials held in escrow. The Escrow Company recreates the solution within a dedicated cloud environment, validating the deposited materials, deployment process and third-party dependencies.
Once successfully recovered, the beneficiary can smoke test the application to confirm it operates as expected. A detailed verification report provides documented evidence of recoverability and identifies any gaps or risks before the environment is scaled down again.
Recover and Transfer
Following an agreed trigger event, The Escrow Company scales up the pre-built environment to ensure full functionality before transferring the environment to the beneficiary with a handover workshop.
