For agreements governed by U.S. law, the default jurisdiction is the State of Georgia, though this can be amended to other states upon request. In Canada, our standard template is based on the laws of the Province of Ontario, with flexibility to accommodate other jurisdictions. For Australian agreements, New South Wales serves as the default jurisdiction, but this may be modified to any other state or the Australian Capital Territory as needed.
